Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct business analysis specifically for ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and use cases for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to define and validate solutions across Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Drive process improvement initiatives related to the CMDB, ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Act as the primary communicator between technical teams, business stakeholders, and project governance boards.
- Monitor progress, manage requirements traceability, and report regularly to management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow ITOM implementations.
- 5+ years of strong understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB processes.
- 5+ years of proven ability to gather requirements, translate them into user stories/use cases, and validate them with stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience with CMDB health, CSDM alignment, and ITOM process improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
