Responsibilities
The Complexity Master: Take charge on the shop floor by spearheading the precise assembly of highly intricate jacketed elbows, crosses, and tees.
Your daily duties will require you to:
- Expertly analyze and interpret advanced P&IDs as well as General Arrangement (GA) blueprints.
- You will be held strictly accountable for guaranteeing flawless internal core alignments and precise thermal spacing.
- You will also serve as the Testing Authority for high-pressure hydrostatic and pneumatic integrity tests.
Qualifications
The "Do It Right The First Time" Specialist: We need an elite fabricator who possesses a deep, expert-level understanding of proper sealing surfaces, complex torque sequences, and various flange bolt patterns.
Holding a formal "Pipefitter" journeyman ticket is completely optional for this specific role. However, it is absolutely mandatory that you bring hands-on, practical experience working directly with double-wall jacketed systems.
You must also possess the rugged determination and physical stamina required to thrive in a demanding, heavy-wall, high-volume production setting.
