Shift: Monday – Friday (Standard Day Shift)
Wage: $36.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Precision Welding: Perform high-quality GMAW (MIG) welding on mild steel and industrial alloy components according to CWB standards.
Fabrication & Assembly: Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols to layout, fit, and weld assemblies.
Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of finished welds to ensure they meet internal specifications and "zero-defect" quality goals.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding power sources, wire feeders, and related fabrication tools.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a clean, "5S" organized workspace and strictly adhere to all OH&S and internal safety protocols.
Qualifications
Certification: Valid Journeyman Welder Red Seal or Alberta Journeyman Certificate is required.
CWB Tickets: Current CWB Certification in GMAW (Flat/Horizontal minimum; All-position preferred).
Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial fabrication environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (calipers, squares, etc.).
Mindset: A strong commitment to quality, punctuality, and a collaborative team attitude.
