Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Collections: Take the lead on invoicing customers and performing active collections via email and phone to improve working capital.
Accounts Payable: Support the AP process by booking vendor invoices and assisting with overflow tasks.
Reporting & Support: Assist the Senior Accountant and AR lead with month-end tasks and catching up on departmental backlogs.
System Usage: Utilize Oracle and Salesforce for daily accounting entries and customer tracking.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must; experience with Oracle or Salesforce is considered a strong asset.
Collections: Comfortable with high-volume collections and professional communication with customers.
Efficiency: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet weekly deadlines.
Availability: Must be available for core hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and ready to start as soon as possible for a 3–6 month duration.
