Responsibilities
• Generating and processing a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Performing essential data entry for accounts payable records
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures as required
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date accounts payable files
• Collaborating with the finance team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
• 6-12 months of experience in an Accounts Payable or related accounting support role
• Good Excel knowledge/experience
• Demonstrable ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
• Proven ability to work effectively and positively in a team setting
• Must be able to work fully onsite in the Scarborough location
• Must be able to start immediately (as early as this week)
