Responsibilities
- User Mapping & Validation: Categorize and map end-users to pre-approved Information Custodian types and validate the legally responsible person for each entity prior to system migration.
- Onboarding Support: Utilize existing methodologies to process information forms, providing a clear path forward for identity verification and access.
- Requirements Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze requirements related to professional sectors, legal structures, and system access.
- Business Modeling: Conduct business, use case, and data flow modeling to ensure solutions align with project phases and organizational standards.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business problems and document requirements in a way that enables technical solution delivery.
- Reporting: Monitor progress, resolve administrative bottlenecks, and report regularly to management and project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Privacy Expertise: 3+ years of experience understanding Privacy Principles, including consent, collection, use, disclosure, and the safeguarding of Personal Information.
- Custodial Knowledge: 3+ years of experience with the roles of Information Custodians and authorized agents within a regulated data environment.
- Sector Awareness: Strong understanding of the Health Care Sector and protocols for accessing Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and developing professional documentation such as briefing notes and presentations.
- Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment under tight deadlines.
- Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of information management principles and business functional modeling techniques.
