Responsibilities
Onboarding & Intake Coordination: Support end-to-end user onboarding and intake workflows for regional electronic health records (EHR) and related digital health services.
Clinical Mapping & Validation: Review submitted documentation to validate legal status, categorize clinician end-users into approved types, and verify the legally responsible person prior to digital migrations.
Requirements Elicitation & Process Mapping: Interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, map business processes, and define data rules.
Data Log Tracking: Maintain highly accurate tracking matrices of registration requests, technical errors, and onboarding statuses.
Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate stakeholder communications, lead follow-up activities, and assist in drafting presentations and briefing notes.
Risk Triage & Escalations: Identify structural process gaps, evaluate operational risks, and escalate critical pipeline bottlenecks to management as required.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process documentation, build operational user guides, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Healthcare Privacy Literacy: Strong foundational understanding of regional healthcare privacy principles (PHIPA), specifically the rules governing consent, collection, use, disclosure, and safeguards of Personal Health Information (PHI).
Custodial Workflow Awareness: Solid general understanding of the operational roles, liabilities, and boundaries of Health Information Custodians (HIC) and their designated agents within the healthcare sector.
Requirements Engineering Competency: Proven practical experience conducting requirements gathering, developing process maps, and translating operational workflows into structured business documentation.
Artifact Production: Demonstrated ability to prepare professional documentation, including business functional models, briefing notes, and polished stakeholder presentations.
Analytical & Validation Prowess: Strong ability to interpret, cross-reference, and validate incoming user information against rigid defined rules and compliance data structures.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple requests in a high-volume environment.
Preferred Assets:
Prior professional business analysis, data coordination, or systems review experience within the public sector or a broader public sector (BPS) environment.
Direct experience with digital health onboarding, access coordination processes, or clinical viewer tools.
