Responsibilities
Support daily operational activities, including responding to client inquiries, managing service requests, and resolving incidents within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
Assist with client onboarding and adoption plans, facilitating communication and engagement with external partners.
Execute Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational workflows, including user authentication, authorization, and security access configurations.
Perform data validation, health checks, and quality assurance testing for new application features in lower environments.
Maintain rigorous data integrity and data quality principles across user accounts and system registries.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives by documenting standard operating procedures and operational workflows.
Qualifications
Operational Business Analysis Experience: 2+ years of experience as an operational Business Analyst within IT or digital health environments (Strictly Required).
Client Onboarding & Support: Hands-on experience delivering client support, resolving incident escalations, and coordinating client onboarding workflows (Strictly Required).
Data Integrity & Quality: Demonstrated understanding of data integrity and data quality principles with meticulous attention to detail (Strictly Required).
SLA & Process Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing competing tasks, interpreting business processes, and adhering to strict SLA timelines (Strictly Required).
Communication & Customer Orientation: Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills for interacting with clients and technical partners (Strictly Required).
Professional Profile Requirement: Active LinkedIn URL provided on resume (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and ticketing tools.
Exposure to business intelligence dashboards, reporting systems, or digital health ecosystems.
