Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, meetings, and personal/business appointments.
* Track expenses, receipts, invoices, and organize documents.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
* Assist with site visits, meeting prep, and operational projects.
Qualifications
* Ability to keep details structured, track multiple moving parts, and follow through on tasks reliably.
* Comfortable handling sensitive personal and business information with complete confidentiality.
* Takes initiative, adapts well to changing priorities, and eager to learn and grow.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal executives, external partners, and vendors.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid support role that balances personal family support with corporate administration.
