Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager/Leader for a 12 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities
• Project Support and Coordination
· Assist the project team in planning, organizing, and executing project activities.
· Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are on time and within scope.
· Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for project-related sessions.
• Documentation and Reporting
· Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and Gantt charts.
· Ensure proper version control and storage of project artifacts in designated repositories.
· Support compliance with organizational standards and governance processes.
• Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
· Act as a liaison between program teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
· Facilitate information flow across teams and escalate issues when necessary.
· Support engagement activities, including workshops and stakeholder sessions.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience project managing electronic health-related projects
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience with the management of project or program communications including both verbal and written, and strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience with document management including the application of standards, version-control, and storage
• Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals, risk, scope, participant roles, project and work package planning & scheduling, and quality management)
• Knowledge or experience with immunization workflows and associated business processes within pharmacies, hospitals or health records, preferred
• Demonstrated excellent time management, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
