Responsibilities
- Site Engagement: Lead client management and site engagement activities to facilitate the adoption of new digital tools and platforms.
- Deployment Management: Manage the project "Go-live" schedule for various sites and oversee site-specific contract management and compliance.
- Technical Support & Training: Coordinate virtual and onsite training sessions for end-users and assist with initial troubleshooting of new software systems.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure strict timelines are met.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain detailed deployment tracking and provide regular status reports to program leadership.
- Documentation: Create and maintain service management documentation and technical support materials, ensuring strict version control and storage standards.
- Collaborative Delivery: Work alongside professionals in the field to ensure digital solutions align with actual business processes and user requirements.
Qualifications
- Project Management Foundations: 3+ years of experience with core PM concepts including project goals, risk, scope, and quality management.
- Software Deployment: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience managing electronic data projects and deploying enterprise software systems.
- Workflow Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of information systems, complex workflows, and associated business processes (e.g., records management, data entry, and reporting).
- Communication & Engagement: Superior verbal and written communication skills with at least 2 years of experience managing program communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Organization & Tools: High proficiency in MS Project, MS Teams, and Excel; proven ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate tasks and resolve conflicts effectively within a team environment.
- Education: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
