Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support day-to-day administration, including tracking action items, managing risk/issue logs, and ensuring project milestones are met on time.
- Schedule Management: Build and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project Online, tracking all activities to successful completion.
- Documentation & Artefacts: Create and maintain vital project documentation such as status reports, scorecard updates, briefing notes, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to project scope, schedule, and cost using Excel to support informed decision-making by senior leadership.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring that discussion points are captured and follow-up actions are distributed.
- Collaboration: Work independently and across multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal integration of business requirements and technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Review submitted project documentation for completeness and accuracy to maintain high standards of delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in I&IT project management or coordination roles.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of expertise in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to draft formal briefing notes and project communications.
- Organizational Skills: A team player with a demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and experience performing analysis on project cost and schedule data.
- Soft Skills: Professional interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills to engage with various business and technical stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience with Radio technology projects is considered a significant asset.
