Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Execute day-to-day administrative activities, including tracking action items, managing risk/issue logs, and facilitating the resolution of project blockers.
- Schedule Management: Build and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project Online, ensuring all activities are tracked to completion.
- Artefact Development: Create and update project management artefacts such as status reports, scorecard updates, briefing notes, meeting minutes, and executive presentations.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to project scope, cost, and scheduling using Excel to support management decision-making.
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead meeting facilitation, ensuring accurate minute creation and timely follow-up on all action items.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional groups to ensure optimal integration between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Review project documentation for completeness and accuracy to maintain high delivery standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in I&IT project management and coordination.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience drafting formal briefing notes and project communications.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with experience building reports based on complex cost and schedule data.
- Soft Skills: Professional interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability: A proven team player capable of coordinating multiple tasks with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Niche Knowledge: Previous experience with Radio technology projects is considered a significant asset.
