Junior Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist

Our client is looking for a Junior Systems Administrator/Operations Support Specialist for a 3 month contract in Toronto.
This is an onsite role 5 days per week .

Responsibilities
- Windows deployment project, replacing 600 Desktops across all Metrolinx locations.
- Job responsibilities will include imaging Windows 11 desktop PCs, software provisioning and install, physical device deployment, and asset record updates.


Qualifications
Must Haves:
· 3+ years experience setting up and imaging Windows 11 laptops and desktops as well as iOS devices
· 3+ years experience performing software installs/deployment and applying patches for Windows Operating Systems and iOS
· 3+ years experience hardware troubleshooting for Windows laptop and desktop devices as well as iOS devices
