- Manage and grow Cascades’ most strategic accounts, with a focus on high-volume, long-cycle sales
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead strategic initiatives
- Negotiate complex agreements and influence decision-makers within large organizations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent Cascades with professionalism, maturity, and a solutions-oriented mindset

You too, put forward your strengths:
- Proven experience managing large strategic portfolios (minimum 3 years), ideally in the CPG, pulp and paper, or corrugated industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence within complex organizations
- Demonstrated success in strategic account management or key account leadership
- Excellent business acumen and understanding of long-cycle sales processes
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at major corporations
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (CRM experience preferred)
- Self-starter with a collaborative, creative, and strategic mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly across regions to meet client and business needs
