We are seeking 1-2 high-performing Installers to join a growing industry leader specializing in custom-engineered steel and fabric structures.

You will lead a specialized crew on industrial and agricultural project sites across North America, including work for major industrial clients and Suncor-level projects.

We are looking for a "non-union" minded professional who values quality over shortcuts. You should be prepared to "slow down" when necessary to ensure the job is done right the first time. Our culture is built on Respect Above All, and we grade our team members based on their alignment with our core values and mission.
Advantages
Wage: $32.00 per hour.
Project Bonuses: Earn a bonus on every project completed.
Efficiency Incentives: Additional incentives for getting jobs done quickly without sacrificing quality.
Benefits: Full comprehensive benefits package.
Stability: Full-time, ongoing position with no "slow seasons".
Growth: Significant opportunity for upward mobility in a fun, collaborative working atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Crew Leadership: Lead and direct a crew in the installation of steel and fabric structures.
On-Site Management: Allocate daily responsibilities, complete daily logs, and provide progress reporting to the Project Manager.
Technical Execution: Read and understand blueprints, construction documents, and plans to ensure precision in every build.
Safety & Quality Champion: Lead your own on-boarding and champion all HSE and QA/QC requirements for your direct reports.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate with the project coordinator for all onsite tools and materials.
Qualifications
Experience: Steel structure experience is necessary. A Journeyman Ironworker certificate (5 years) is preferred, though other trades with strong leadership will be considered.
Technical Assets: Experience with conveyor equipment or fabric tensioning is a major plus.
Physicality: Must be comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.

US Readiness: Must qualify for US entry. Dual citizenship is a significant asset.
Compliance: Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean 3-year abstract.
