Responsibilities
• Respond to escalated client inquiries via portal, email, or phone
• Review title searches and apply underwriting guidelines across multiple provinces
• Support training, cross-training, and development plans for new and existing staff
• Supervise and coach team members, offering daily feedback and support
• Work closely with the Manager to drive employee engagement and operational goals
• Stay current with lender and corporate policies, ensuring team compliance
Qualifications
• Completion of a Law Clerk or Legal Administration program or equivalent experience
• 3–4 years of mortgage-related experience, including independent handling of real estate files
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with experience in coaching or mentoring staff
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Proven ability to manage confidential information and competing priorities
