Qualifications
• 10+ years in complex IT infrastructure and operational leadership or SRE architecture.
• Practical expertise configuring enterprise observability stacks (Grafana, ServiceNow ITOM).
• Proven experience with AI incident remediation, automated routing, and SLO/SLI models.
