sessions; facilitate workshops, train-the-trainer sessions, or webinars as needed. Provide logistical and
production support for large-scale training initiatives.
Measurement and Evaluation – Develop assessments, surveys, and feedback loops to measure the
effectiveness of learning interventions. Analyze results to recommend improvements, and report on
impact and ROI.
Change Management and Communication – Draft learner communications, marketing materials, FAQs,
and change management plans to ensure adoption, engagement, and clarity of processes.
Continuous Improvement – Research and recommend new learning technologies, tools, and best
practices to keep learning solutions modern, scalable, and impactful.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or related
field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, and learning project management,
ideally in a corporate or consulting environment.
Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles, ADDIE/SAM, blended learning design, and training
content lifecycle management.
Proven experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.), multimedia content
creation, and Learning Management Systems (Workday preferred).
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent writing, editing, visual design, and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex
information into clear, user-friendly materials.
Certification in instructional design, project management (PMP), or learning technologies (nice to have).
