Your Role
As Learning and Development Advisor, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across operations.
- Develop learning strategies and training roadmaps.
- Create and update training materials and operating documentation.
- Deliver classroom and on-the-floor training programs.
- Support onboarding and development of new employees.
- Partner with asset owners to build equipment operation manuals.
- Lead continuous improvement of learning and development processes.
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Learning and Development Advisor if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related role.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of high-speed manufacturing operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
