Responsibilities
• Provide oversight on the design and development of learning programs, ensuring they align with business objectives and leverage common content structures.
• Act as a subject matter expert in instructional design, offering expertise in various delivery methods, including virtual classrooms, eLearning, webinars, and in-person workshops.
• Collaborate with vendors and various stakeholders, such as Learning Solution Architects, Program Managers, and Subject Matter Experts, to create and deliver effective learning solutions.
• Ensure the quality of all learning content and maintain a current understanding of industry trends, best practices, and performance consulting.
• Create content for the transformation project and assist with content translation.
• Manage project files and participate in regular project meetings.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in learning and development.
• College diploma/certificate is required.
• Proven experience in quality control and an exceptional attention to detail.
• Expertise with eLearning tools and standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC, HTML) and industry development software such as Captivate, Articulate, and Adobe Connect.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a must-have.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in a design development role.
• Experience with people management.
