As the Learning & Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects that implement various learning solutions, including virtual training, e-learning, and workshops. You will be a vital link between business stakeholders and the L&D team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your day-to-day will involve everything from developing project plans and engaging with stakeholders to managing risks and reporting on progress. This role is crucial for ensuring that learning initiatives align with long-term business priorities.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of medium to high-complexity L&D projects, ensuring all deliverables meet project goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on project delivery.
Develop effective stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
Manage project governance, actively identifying and resolving risks and issues to ensure smooth project progression.
Partner with L&D and business teams to support the development of delivery, change, and communications plans.
Facilitate project retrospectives to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Maintain a strong understanding of the overall project portfolio and its alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 7-10 years of experience managing complex projects.
Demonstrated experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
Strong proficiency in project management software, including MS Project and the MS Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
A "can-do" attitude and a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a Learning & Development or adult training environment is a significant plus.
A PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
