Instructional Design: Research, recommend, and design content for diverse learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led, and self-guided materials).
Content Development: Build learning solutions using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and multimedia tools, including audio, video, and animation.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough training needs assessments (TNA) and gather data to identify performance gaps.
SME Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to interpret complex content and define measurable learning objectives.
Strategy & Prototyping: Present detailed design plans and instructional strategies, including content highlights and prototypes for stakeholder approval.
Project Management: Manage multiple competing deliverables simultaneously, ensuring high-quality solutions are implemented within agreed-upon timelines.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor the results of learning programs and implement updates to improve layout, content, and learner engagement.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Instructional Design or Learning Development.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
LMS Knowledge: Practical experience working with Workday LMS.
Education: A certification or post-secondary education in Adult Education or Instructional Design is required.
Design Skills: Proven ability to create e-learning storyboards and design for various modalities (video, audio, animation).
Soft Skills: Strong collaborative mindset, comfortable leading meetings, and the ability to iterate based on team and stakeholder feedback.
Nice to Have: Experience with Adobe Captivate and Adobe Premiere Pro.
