In this strategic consulting role, you will design and develop high-impact, engaging learning solutions that drive performance across diverse business channels—focusing primarily on contact centers, distribution networks, and customer-facing teams. You will lead all aspects of the instructional design lifecycle, from initial scoping and storyboarding to full-scale digital build and iterative revisions based on Subject Matter Expert (SME) inputs. Responsibilities
End-to-End Instructional Design: Lead and execute all phases of instructional design and development, including scoping, needs analysis, storyboarding, digital building, and SME-driven revisions.
Interactive Content Creation: Build highly engaging, interactive digital learning modules tailored for fast-paced contact center and distribution center environments.
Multimedia & Video Production: Create motion graphics, video content, and visual assets using Synthesia, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva to elevate learner engagement.
Portfolio Maintenance & UX Optimization: Support learning portfolio enhancements, user experience refinements, and evaluation strategies to measure performance outcomes.
Content Governance: Ensure all learning materials adhere to enterprise business strategies, instructional design standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility best practices.
Innovation & Best Practices: Act as a subject matter expert on emerging learning technology trends, AI-driven development, and innovative instructional methodologies.
Qualifications
Instructional Design Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing performance-focused learning solutions, ideally supporting contact centers, retail, or distribution center environments.
Articulate 360 Mastery: Deep, expert-level proficiency in Articulate 360 (both Storyline and Rise) for custom eLearning development.
AI & Video Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Synthesia (AI video generation) and video editing tools (Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro).
Graphic Design Skills: Strong visual design capability utilizing Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or equivalent graphic design applications.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Organizational Development, Graphic Design, or equivalent professional experience.
