As a Learning Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end design and delivery of learning programs for a major corporate transformation initiative. You will act as an internal consultant and project manager, guiding significant learning and development projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders and vendors. You will be instrumental in redesigning comprehensive learning journeys for employees, focusing on large-scale, complex programs.

Responsibilities
Lead, consult on, and manage end-to-end learning and development projects, often of a large scale and significant scope.
Apply expertise in adult learning principles to design and implement effective learning solutions.
Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as a subject matter expert on learning and development initiatives.
Oversee vendor relations and negotiations to ensure successful program delivery.
Develop comprehensive learning programs, with a specific focus on onboarding and compliance training.
Utilize strong project management skills to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Leverage tools like MS Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a learning-based role, with a strong background in managing end-to-end learning projects.
Education: A post-secondary degree is required, along with an adult learning certification.
Hard Skills:
Demonstrated experience in learning consultation and developing learning solutions.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
Proven experience in project management and working with external vendors.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ideal Background: Candidates with experience in the financial or retail banking sector, particularly those who have supported learning initiatives for branch-based employees or in areas like wealth management and insurance, will be highly valued.
