Responsibilities
- Training Design & Content: Creating and maintaining engaging training content, including manuals, job aids, and modern eLearning materials, based on identified skill gaps.
- Virtual Delivery: Leading dynamic, live virtual training sessions and providing one-on-one coaching via video/phone.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitoring learner progress, providing feedback, and continuously improving programs based on results.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure learning solutions meet critical business goals.
- Logistics: Coordinating all scheduling and communications for smooth training delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3+ years in training delivery, curriculum development, and virtual instruction.
- Industry Focus: Required experience in the travel industry, customer service, or call center environments.
- Technical Skills: Required understanding of GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus).
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with eLearning tools.
- Remote Ready: Requires a wired Internet connection for reliable remote work.
