Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with Resident Managers within the assigned portfolio to ensure operational alignment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries & resolving issues promptly. (via phone, email, walk-ins, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain detailed records for leases, including tenant welcome packages, assignments, and lease amendments
- Prepare & maintain detailed records for leases, tenant welcome packages, assignments, lease amendments, correspondence etc.
- Audit tenant ledgers regularly for accuracy
- Update monthly preauthorized debit changes to Tenants' accounts
- Assist with updating online advertising, including Facebook Marketplace & other rental platforms, to ensure listings remain accurate & up to date
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a related administrative field is preferred
- Effective communication skills, both verbal & written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of marketing and digital photography for property listings
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
