Legal Registries Business Analyst - REMOTE

Responsibilities
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for business requirements and project alternatives.
• Analyze functional requirements to map out information flows and decision-making procedures.
• Assess existing systems and methods to document database structures and application subsystems.
• Build and manage a comprehensive data dictionary to ensure consistency across the project.
• Define manual and automated interfaces between new systems and legacy applications.
• Identify business processes for redesign and provide recommendations for potential solutions.
• Collaborate with the client to establish clear and measurable acceptance test criteria.

Qualifications
• Over 7 years of professional experience working in a dedicated business analyst capacity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within an IT or software development setting.
• Proven track record of gathering requirements for large custom software suites or SaaS.
• Strong background in legal registries and financial workflow integration.
• Prior experience conducting options analysis for large capital investments or modernizations.
