While the team previously operated from downtown Toronto, they are currently working primarily over Zoom, with a flexible hybrid model that allows for both in-office collaboration and remote work.
This is a sales role where your passion for helping people secure their financial future will be key to your success. You will leverage your expertise as a Licensed Insurance Advisor to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their financial situation, goals, and life insurance needs.
• Explain complex insurance products, policies, and coverage options in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals and solutions that align with client requirements.
• Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all forms and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and organized client records and documentation in a CRM system.
• Proactively follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to provide the most current and effective advice.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with a diverse team of colleagues to share insights and best practices.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic team culture that encourages continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Must hold a valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license.
• Proven experience as a Licensed Insurance Advisor, financial advisor, or in a similar sales role within the life insurance industry.
• A strong understanding of various life insurance products, including term, whole, and universal life.
• Ability to work the hours of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM to accommodate clients across different time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in a remote or hybrid work setting is an asset.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and compliance in all client interactions.
