You will play a critical role in keeping our operations moving. Reporting to the National Fuel Tax, Licensing & Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of jurisdictional licensing, ensuring all unit files are accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Responsibilities
- Compile, review, complete and submit all licensing paperwork to required jurisdictions
- Submit permit applications and renewals to required jurisdictions
- Prepare and distribute fleet permit books
- Data entry
- Keep unit folders up to date and accurate
- Track permit expirations and submit renewals when necessary
- Track and enter data for fuel tax when time permits
- Prepare and process documentation for IFTA and other relevant tax reporting requirements
- Process fuel statements – identify units and sort by fleet
Qualifications
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience within an administrative role
- Experience in Licensing within the transportation industry considered an asset
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel) products and transportation management systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven experience in handling multiple priorities
- Driver license and vehicle required - NO BUS ROUTE
