In this role, you will be more than just a trainer—you will be a vital part of shaping a safer, more skilled workforce. Your responsibilities will include leading classroom theory, overseeing practical lessons, and evaluating individuals to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive operator and safety training programs, delivering both classroom theory and hands-on instruction (in person or virtually) in accordance with all regulatory standards.
Meet customer needs through flexible scheduling, which includes evening, weekend, and travel hours as required.
Achieve performance standards and contribute to sales objectives for the training program.
Assist in developing new training programs to enhance our offerings.
Manage all administrative paperwork, including attendance and evaluation scorecards, at the completion of each session.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in training and development, dedicated to maintaining a high standard of quality
Ability to engage diverse audiences using a variety of teaching techniques to ensure clients are adept at safely operating lift trucks
Possess strong time management and presentation skills, with proven ability to utilize modern tools like PowerPoint, TEAMS, Webex, and the Microsoft Suite
Must have at least a 1-year certificate or diploma in Adult Instruction/Health & Safety training, along with the adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
