Responsibilities
Advanced File Carriage: Managing complex commercial files from inception through to trial and enforcement.
Procedural Mastery: Drafting pleadings, motion records, and factums in strict accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure and CaseLines.
Strategic Liaison: Serving as the professional bridge between counsel, clients, and court staff to manage deadlines and undertakings.
Trial Preparation: Orchestrating trial binders, managing electronic evidence during hearings, and coordinating with expert witnesses.
Qualifications
Experience: 5–10 years of dedicated commercial litigation experience.
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of ACL, CaseLines, and PCLaw; familiarity with AI-assisted drafting tools.
Certification: Law Clerk Diploma and a member in good standing with ILCO.
Proactive Ownership: A "file-owner" mindset with the ability to manage strict limitation periods independently.
