Responsibilities
Audience Scoping & Configuration: Lead reviews of audience requirements, create and store audience documentation, and build and quality-check LMS audiences against approved documentation. Implement post-launch audience changes as needed.
LMS Operations: Process business learning needs and LMS maintenance requests. Conduct LMS testing and configure both eLearning and instructor-led training courses.
Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with learning solution architects, program managers, designers, and HR data teams. Provide guidance on LMS capabilities and configuration best practices to various stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance: Complete LMS specifications documentation and maintain accurate records of configuration decisions and approvals. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational standards.
Qualifications
Proven ability to interpret and apply HR data for audience targeting.
Prior experience in LMS platform administration, specifically with SumTotal LMS.
Experience using ticketing and workflow systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in the financial services industry.
