In this role, you will serve as a technical expert responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of an enterprise-level Learning Management System (LMS). You will bridge the gap between instructional design and technical execution, ensuring that the right learning content reaches the right audience at the right time. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of data integrity, compliance, and user experience across the platform.

Responsibilities
Audience Scoping & Configuration: Lead reviews of audience requirements; build and quality-check LMS audiences against approval documentation to ensure precise targeting.
LMS Operations: Process learning requests and maintenance updates; perform technical configuration and testing for eLearning, Instructor-Led (ILT), and virtual course modules.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with L&D Designers and HR data teams to provide guidance on LMS capabilities and configuration best practices.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain rigorous records of configuration decisions and approvals; ensure all activities meet regulatory and operational standards.
Systems Management: Utilize ticketing systems and workflow tools to manage task volume and project timelines effectively.
Qualifications
Extensive Experience: Significant professional experience in LMS platform administration (SumTotal experience is highly preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret and apply complex HR data for audience targeting and segmentation.
Detail Orientation: A track record of high-level accuracy in documentation and system testing.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate technical requirements into actionable plans.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, HR, or a related field is considered an asset.
