Pay Frequency: Biweekly.
Time Off: 2 weeks vacation + 5 paid sick/personal days.

Responsibilities
s the Logistics Coordinator, your primary objective is to manage the transportation of outbound loads. You will be responsible for:
Carrier Management: Scheduling loading times, assigning loads to carriers, and sourcing new transportation partners as needed.
Tracking & Troubleshooting: Monitoring loads in transit, foreseeing delays (weather, traffic, etc.), and proactively communicating updates to the team.
Compliance & Customs: Preparing proforma invoices and ensuring all documentation meets USA, USDA, FDA, and CFIA regulations.
Documentation: Managing Bills of Lading (BOLs), data entry for freight charges, and tracking CHEP pallet movements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, sales, and QC departments to ensure 100% shipment accuracy.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar logistics or 3PL role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to master in-house software.
Industry Knowledge: Experience with export customs, freight brokers, and customs brokers is highly preferred.
Attributes: Exceptional time management and a "sense of urgency" for solving issues.
