Responsibilities
Manage and book appointments, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
Oversee Ryder entries for various loads, including returns, pallet pick-ups, and scrap loads, ensuring accurate ticket processing.
Lead daily meetings with key stakeholders like the Production and Load Planners to align on future delivery plans.
Direct and assist drivers, assigning doors, and handling necessary paperwork.
Strategically plan and execute daily delivery schedules, making real-time adjustments to meet customer requirements.
Interface with internal teams and suppliers for the reception of incoming goods.
Organize and schedule customer returns, ensuring timely and effective pick-ups.
Resolve customer issues by coordinating with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to achieve quick resolutions.
Update costs from Ryder to SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a shipping or logistics role.
Strong Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Personal Attributes: Reliable, autonomous, and proactive with a positive attitude and strong conflict resolution abilities.
Work Ethic: Diligent, hardworking, and punctual, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time, 5-days-a-week, in-office position in Vaughan. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in shipping and logistics, with SAP experience being a key requirement.
