At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Logistics Coordinator :
- Manage and coordinate daily outbound shipments and schedule pickups via transportation carriers
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure timely readiness and dispatch of completed goods
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels, from raw materials to finished goods
- Ensuring proper tracking of closed orders and traceability throughout the supply chain, identify and reduce variances
- Participate in weekly variance meetings ensuring accurate reconciliation of materials used and products completed
- Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to a team of material handlers within the warehouse environment
- Assist in managing health and safety initiatives to promote a safe and compliant work environment

You too, put forward your strengths:
- 3+ years experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- College diploma in logistics, business administration or a related field
- Demonstrate sound judgement to resolve issues efficiently
- Highly process-oriented, able to follow structured procedures
- Effective communicator, collaborator and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel and SAP is a plus
- Safety-minded, actively contributing to health and safety initiatives
