- Base salary range for Logistics Coordinator between $48,889 and $73,334 USD annually based on experience
At our facility in Niagara Falls you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Logistics Coordinator :
Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal departments (on-site and corporate), external vendors, and contractors; handle communications with carriers and manage inquiries at the guard shack/gate.
Daily Operations & Issue Resolution: Implement and audit loading/unloading plans, resolve issues via tools like Yardview and SAP, manage IT errors, and oversee daily inventory and trailer incident reporting.
- Inventory Management: Conduct and validate inventory reporting, manage supply stocks, maintain FIFO and aged inventory controls, ensure accurate bin/buffer zone tracking, and support month-end processes
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Oversee inbound inventory classification, paperwork, and fiber bin coordination; manage outbound rail operations and CN intermodal shipments, including documentation, forecasting, and issue resolution
Data Monitoring & Reporting: Input data into KPI and monitoring reports, validate shipment completions, address system errors, and ensure all documentation (e.g., CID routes, PGI/IT validations) is accurate and up to date.
