Top Pay: $20.25 /hr + 4% vacation pay.
Unique Schedule: Work a rotational 12-hour shift pattern (Days and Nights) that provides four consecutive days off every cycle!
Cycle: Day/Day, 24 hrs off, Night/Night, 4 Days Off.
Stability: Temporary position with a strong possibility of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities
-Ensure finished goods are accurately labelled and packaged in accordance with finished products procedure
-Ensure pallets/totes are clean and sufficient for packing
-Assembling pallets/totes and inspecting for defects
-Ensure quality standards are met and quality issues are reported
-Maintain clean work area
Qualifications
Reliable vehicle required. Not transit accessible.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
Proven ability to thrive and maintain composure while working under pressure or meeting tight deadlines.
Strong literacy skills necessary to accurately read and interpret written work instructions and safety procedures.
Capable of performing routine tasks with consistent alertness, focus, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated basic computer proficiency (e.g., data entry, accessing online documentation).
Prior forklift experience is considered a strong asset (or, if applicable: Forklift certification is an advantage).
