Are you a logistics professional who thrives in the center of the action? Our high-volume Calgary freight terminal is expanding, and we are seeking Experienced Dock Workers to join our team immediately. This is your opportunity to secure a stable, long-term position in a facility that prioritizes safety as much as speed.

We offer a consistent, Monday–Friday schedule with your choice of shift, allowing you to lock in a routine that fits your lifestyle.
THE REWARDS
Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience).

Shift Flexibility: Choose the schedule that works for you—Day Shift or Overnight Shift.
Work Culture: A high-energy, safety-first cross-dock environment.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE FLOOR
This isn't a "learn-as-you-go" general labor role; we are looking for seasoned pros who understand the unique rhythm of a busy freight terminal.
Logistics Expertise: A proven background in transportation with a strong grasp of LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) operations.
Equipment Mastery: Confident, expert-level experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift.
High-Volume Hustle: The physical stamina and drive to manage a fast-moving cross-dock safely and efficiently.
Independent Transit: Because our facility is not transit-accessible, you must have a reliable vehicle for your daily commute.
Advantages
$20.00 to $22.00 an hour, based on your LTL/FTL experience.
Weekly pay deposits directly into your account.
Steady Monday to Friday schedule—choose between the Day shift or the Overnight shift.
Be part of a positive work environment with a supportive and friendly team.
Responsibilities
Safely load, unload, and stage both LTL and FTL freight for daily dispatch.
Jump on the Sit-Down Counterbalance forklift to move pallets quickly and safely across the dock.
Hand-bomb and stack boxes weighing up to 50 lbs as needed to build solid, secure pallets for transport.
Manage cross-docking workflows to keep up with tight transportation schedules.
Use handheld RF scanners to accurately track inbound and outbound shipments.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience specifically in a transportation, freight, or cross-dock environment.
Must have a strong, proven background handling LTL and FTL procedures.
