- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Location: Brantford, ON
Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with equipment setup, loading materials, and offloading finished goods.
- Perform quality checks on output to ensure product meets strict visual standards
- Clear debris, remove scrap materials, and maintain a clean production area
- Pack, palletize, and label finished products for shipment
- Adhere strictly to all plant safety guidelines and personal protective equipment rules
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent secondary education
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
- Strong focus on safety, team collaboration, and reliability
