Responsibilities
âą Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for NLP tasks
âą Fine-tune and train transformer-based models like BERT for classification and sentiment analysis
âą Perform data preprocessing, including tokenization, word embeddings, and normalization
âą Collaborate with team members to define business objectives and model performance metrics
âą Conduct model testing, experimentation, and validation strategies
âą Clean and verify data quality and supervise data acquisition when necessary
âą Use Python and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) to prepare datasets and implement models
âą Identify and adapt transfer learning strategies for domain-specific datasets
âą Monitor resource utilization and ensure model training is efficient and scalable
âą Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
Must Have
âąDeep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
âąStrong NLP knowledge with experience in transformer-based models (especially BERT)
âąProficiency with TensorFlow or PyTorch for training and deploying deep learning models
âąSkilled in text preprocessing, tokenization, and understanding of word embeddings
âąProficient in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
âąExperienced in hyperparameter tuning and evaluating model performance
âąFamiliarity with transfer learning using pre-trained models for custom datasets
Nice to Have
đ§ Background in statistics or computer science
đ Experience in data visualization and model interpretability
đ Familiarity with CI/CD workflows for ML pipelines
