As a Machine Operator in our manufacturing & logistics division, you will be the backbone of the production line. Your primary mission is to set up, clean, operate, and monitor sophisticated machinery to ensure the highest standards of product quality.

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate computer-controlled manufacturing equipment for powder coating production.
• Record operational data accurately on specified forms to maintain production standards.
• Clean and disassemble equipment thoroughly to eliminate cross-contamination between batches.
• Prepare tooling for changeovers and perform machine changeovers efficiently.
• Obtain and run samples to test batch quality and cleanliness throughout the production run.
• Conduct cabin powder collection to reduce waste and increase machine efficiency.
• Package and label finished goods in designated carton boxes accurately.
• Stack finished goods on appropriate skids and transport them to the staging area using a forklift.
• Perform in-process quality checks, including spraying test panels and hand screening.
• Maintain a clean workstation in compliance with 7S requirements and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Follow ISO 14001 and 9001 systems and safety requirements at all times.
• Participate in department meetings and collaborate constructively with co-workers and supervisors.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing and production.
• Previous experience with powder coating, extruders, mills, or mixing is highly preferred.
• Ability to stand for periods of up to 9 hours and repetitively lift up to 55 lbs.
• Comfort working in an environment with exposure to dust, powder paint, and noise.
• Must be able to wear required PPE (face mask, eye protection, ear plugs) for the full shift.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and quality principles.
• Forklift operator experience is considered a strong asset.
