Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (depending on the role and experience).
Location: Various manufacturing hubs across Brantford, ON.
Shifts: Days, Afternoons, and Nights (we’ve got options to fit your life).

Responsibilities
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is an asset.
- Physical Stamina: Comfort standing for 8–12 hour shifts and the ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs depending on the specific role.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow digital or written work instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance. If you’re the person your team can always count on, you’ll thrive here.
- Safety Mindset: A commitment to wearing PPE (Steel-toed boots are a must!) and following all COVID-19 and workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Setup & Operation: Preparing machinery for production runs and adjusting settings as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Material Management: Loading raw materials into machines and removing finished products for packaging.
- Quality Inspection: Conducting regular inspections to ensure parts meet client specifications.
- Maintenance Support: Performing basic preventative maintenance and reporting any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate logs of production numbers, scrap rates, and any downtime.
