Responsibilities
Prepare, set up, and operate assigned production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
Monitor machine performance, perform routine quality checks, and adjust settings as needed.
Safely load raw materials into equipment and unload finished goods.
Conduct basic routine maintenance and keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
Accurately document production logs, output counts, and quality control reports.
Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and personal protective equipment requirements.
Qualifications
At least one year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role
Solid mechanical intuition paired with a sharp eye for detail and quality
Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols and operational instructions
Physical capability to stand throughout the shift and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and the ability to thrive in a high-tempo setting
Comfortable with standard shop math and precise measurement tools
Exposure to CNC equipment or specialized machinery is a bonus, though comprehensive training is provided
