Responsibilities
Operate and maintain a variety of personalization and fulfillment equipment to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
Rotate between different workstations and machines, sometimes operating two at once, to meet production targets.
Perform all necessary quality checks and follow established procedures.
Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and document your work.
Work with your team to review performance, reduce waste, and continuously improve processes.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
Support all health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work without constant supervision.
A proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Prior experience working as part of a team.
The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
A good work history and references.
Comfort with a stand-up work environment.
Experience with computers and Microsoft Office is a plus.
