Day Shift - 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift - 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Ideal candidate would have:
Prior experience operating Wickman and Davenport machinery is a strong asset.
Skilled in changing CAMs, Gears, and Tooling.
Proficient in reading Engineering Drawings and Tool Layout Sheets.
Familiarity with precision measuring tools, including Calipers, micrometers (blade mic, depth mic), and gauges (thread ring/plug, height gauge).
Understanding of various cutting tools, such as form tools, drills, reamers, and thread mills.

Operate and troubleshoot a variety of precision machinery to produce high-quality components.
Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to maintain optimal machine functionality and minimize downtime.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure components meet strict technical specifications and quality standards.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Collaborate with the Machinist team to ensure consistent productivity and meet production goals.
Address and resolve machining issues through troubleshooting and adjustments.
Uphold core values, focusing on teamwork, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated technical knowledge of machining processes, including operation, setup, and routine maintenance.
Proven ability to perform inspections and tests to verify component quality and adherence to specifications.
Strong skill in quickly identifying and troubleshooting machinery problems to minimize downtime.
Ability to adapt to changing production needs and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills required for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
