Drive Production Efficiency: Partner directly with experienced machine operators to streamline daily manufacturing tasks and maintain optimal output.
Master the Craft: Rapidly absorb comprehensive, hands-on training to master advanced manufacturing processes and specialized equipment.

Responsibilities
Follow all company SOPs and safety protocols to keep the work environment safe and efficient.
Handle, sort, and manage materials safely in strict accordance with WHMIS standards.
Always wear mandatory PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
Alert extrusion operators or team leads to any quality, equipment, or process defects immediately.
Collaborate with leaders and operators to find ways to improve production and efficiency.
Stack and palletize products according to daily operational needs.
Remain adaptable to handle other tasks as directed by the management team.
Qualifications
6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
