Technical Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve minor equipment disruptions to minimize operational downtime.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workstation while strictly adhering to occupational health and safety (OHSA) protocols.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with warehouse and logistics teams to efficiently achieve daily production targets.
Qualifications
Professional Experience: Prior experience operating machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated proficiency working with high-speed industrial equipment and standard hand tools.
Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality, strong attendance, and dependability.
Safety Commitment: A proactive mindset regarding personal and team safety compliance on the production floor.
