Reliability: Consistent attendance track record and a proactive, team-first approach to daily shift goals.
Safety Awareness: Diligent adherence to lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive handling across an active 8- to 12-hour shift.
